Owner/Operator Compensation

Owner-Operator pay rates are tailored to each unique contract agreement; however, below is current standard mileage rate.  A percentage option is also available.  [Discuss with Recruiter]

Multi-Stop Customer Dealer Loads

$1.30 mile + fuel surcharge* + additional pay for each extra stop (crated $45.00; cabinets $60.00).   Multi-Stop dealer loads are optional, driver choice.

Other Loads

$1.20 mile + fuel surcharge* 

Empties (our deadhead is less than 4%)

$0.80 mile

Supplemental Benefit Plans available (medical, dental, vision, disability, life) - no waiting period.  

Clean Inspections - $75 Lev 1; $50 Lev 2 & 3 (company has a very low pull in rate)

Detention/Layover – 75% of billed detention (terms are customer specific).  If customer doesn't reimburse, Roadlink may opt to pay $35 per hour at their discretion.

Orientation Pay (one day) $150.00 plus expenses as applicable.   

Cash Advance - $250.00/week (resets every Monday)

Referral Bonus ($2,500 per new driver you refer ($500 after first load delivered, $500 a month thereafter until paid as long as you and driver you referred remain active driver in good standing)

Paid direct deposit weekly every Friday.  

There are NO trailer fees

We install Forward-ONLY Facing Cameras in all trucks.

Drivers utilize LoadStop and Transflo ELD apps on their personal mobile device.

Fuel Card (CostPlus program with 100% of company discount passed on to driver).  Discounts are at TA/Petro, Kwik Trip (MN/IA) and Flying J, NONE at Love's - this can change but as of this writing)

Company prepares and provides to Owner/Operators their Quarterly Fuel & Tax Reports

Monthly Deductions

Optional: Prepass device - $22.50/month

You have the option to get truck insurance (physical & bobtail) through Roadlink – truck value / 100 x 0.438 + 36.00 = monthly charge (1st payroll of the month) unless you have or choose to get your own insurance.

Weekly Deductions

Plates (unless you have your own) - $47.50/week.  25% discount each year and free after 5 years.  Company pays annually but takes out monthly.  

Transflo (ELD device, GPS) - $10.00/week

Driver Escrow - $100/week for 15 weeks ($1500) – held for 45 days after you leave to cover abandoned equipment, fuel tax, etc. if applicable.

Lease/Purchase Option Available 

If you have your own truck, we require a fresh MN DOT from our shop.

No tire chain mandates other than you must carry the necessary amount of tire chains per state laws.

Costs Covered by Roadlink

• Decals for truck
• Plates after 5 years

Driver Requirements

· 23 years of age or older

· Valid Class A CDL

· Meet all DOT requirements and qualifications

· At least 2 years of recent verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience

· Pass safety/background check requirements and drug screen
