Roadlink Express is a family owned and operated asset-based carrier headquartered in Ham Lake, MN with over 50 years of industry experience.  We specialize in transporting powersports, operating a robust fleet of 53’ standard dry vans as well as our innovative double deck dry vans.  We provide nationwide service but primarily run in the midwest, south, southeast and northwest.

No Forced Dispatch, No Slip Seating.  With Roadlink, you have the freedom to choose your lanes, load types, miles and home time.  Our OTR drivers can typically expect to be out at least 7-10 days at a time; of course more if you choose.  

Home time customized to the individual driver.  *NOTE: there's no specific time out requirement before you get home.   Plus you're not locked into specific routes, schedules or home time so you can change it up as needed.    Recruiter will ask you what you're looking for (home time, where you want to run, etc.) to make sure we can meet your requirements BEFORE you decide to come on-board.  AND we actually do what we say we do.    

When you ask our drivers what really sets us apart, they'll tell you it's the friendly stress free work environment.  We provide the support that you without micro-managing.   You're free to talk with any of our current drivers before deciding if Roadlink is the right fit for you.  We're 100% transparent, no surprises once you're on-board. 

New/late model, well-maintained tractors and trailers.   NO slip seating.

Easy, light, driver-friendly year round freight.  We have no touch, pre-loaded drop & hook freight as well as live load/unload.

Our tractors don’t have annoying and intrusive features like driver-facing cameras, automatic braking, etc.  Tractors DO have forward facing cameras.
