MILEAGE PLUS ADDITIONAL STOP PAY

Multi-Stop Dealer Loads (Other Than Deck) - 60 cents/mile PLUS pay for each additional stop - Crated $20.00; Ramp $25.00; Cabinets $35.00

Other Freight (loaded & empty) - Pay .50 cents/mile 

Multi-Stop Deck Loads - 65 cents/mile PLUS $25.00 for each additional stop (THESE ARE LIMITED and most drivers don't do them due to the physical nature of the work) CLICK HERE WATCH VIDEO

BONUS PAY - Drivers can earn up to an additional 6 cents per mile  

3 cents per loaded mile - Fuel Bonus (Paid Monthly)                                   

3 cents per loaded mile - Safety/Performance Bonus  (Paid Quarterly)   

ADDITIONAL PAY:

Clean Inspections - $75 Lev 1; $50 Lev 2 & 3 (company has a very low pull in rate)

Breakdown Pay - $75.00/day plus hotel

Detention - $18.00/hr (terms are specific to the customer (typically after first 2 hours and Polaris is 4 hours) - Roadlink may choose to pay you even if customer does not)

Layover Pay - $75.00 for every 24 hour period. 

Referral Bonus ($2,500 per new driver you refer ($500 after first load delivered, $500 a month thereafter until paid as long as you and driver you referred remain active driver in good standing)

Orientation (1 Day) - $150.00.   Company pays for travel to our office for orientation (hotel, airfare, etc.) as applicable.

401K with Up to 4% Company Match (eligible after 90 days)

Flexible Healthcare Premium Reimbursement – Roadlink does not currently have an employer provided health care plan. Instead, Roadlink offers a premium reimbursement of 80% up to $300/month (NO waiting period). This can be used for a qualifying health insurance plan that you've purchased and includes policies paid for by a spouse. We also offer supplemental benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, disability, life) through Colonial Life to both company drivers and owner/operators) - no waiting period.   

Paid Time Off - Upon hire, you'll receive 6 days ($200 per day) of Earned Sick & Safe Time every year.  You'll receive another 4 days of PTO at 3 years; 15 days at 5 years; 20 days at 7 years) and Holiday Pay if under dispatch ($200.00 per day (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).

Passengers Welcome (no waiting period) - must by 18 yrs or older

Cash Advance - $125.00/week (resets every Monday)

Company pays tolls (drivers are equipped with a Prepass unit)

No Pets Allowed in Company Trucks ( (may make exception on case-by-case basis; however, rarely in a brand new truck).  

Payday is Every Other Friday.   

Driver Requirements

· 23 years of age or older

· Valid Class A CDL

· Meet all DOT requirements and qualifications

· At least 2 years of recent verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience 

· Pass safety/background check requirements and drug screen
