Local Company Driver Compensation

Local Drivers work Days Monday thru Friday, no weekends.   Home every night after each shift. You will deliver to various locations within the 7-county Twin Cities and outlining area.  

You'll Have a Day Cab pulling 53' foot Dry-Van Trailers; Mostly No Touch Freight, limited driver assist or drive offs.  We specialize in powersports.

$26.00+/hour to start depending on experience (Overtime after 40 hours/week).  Your pay clock starts when you arrive at the terminal for the start of your shift and ends when you leave the terminal at the end of your shift.

Paid Time Off - Upon hire, you'll receive 6 days of Earned Sick & Safe Time every year.  In addition to the 6 days of Earned Sick & Safe Time, you'll receive 4 days of PTO at 3 years, 9 days of PTO at 5 years; 12 days at 7 years) PTO - 5 days at 1 year anniversary, 10 days at 3 years; 15 days at 5 years; 20 days at 7 years

Holiday Pay  (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day). 

Referral Bonus ($2,500 per new driver)

Paid Orientation (1 Day) - paid 8 hours (plus expenses if applicable)

[This rarely happens for local drivers but if it does] Clean Inspections - $75 Lev 1; $50 Lev 2 & 3

Paid Bi-Weekly (payday is every other Friday)

Driver Requirements

· Valid Class A CDL

· 23 years of age or older

· Meet all DOT requirements and qualifications

· Pass safety/background check requirements and drug screen

 ( We also have Independent Contractor Owner/Operator Drivers and OTR Company Drivers, – different compensation structures ).
